Refunds & Returns

At Goodmed Pharmacy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange it within 7 days of receipt. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return or exchange. We will do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  1. Returns: You may return an item within 7 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  2. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, you may do so within 7 days from the date of purchase. Like returns, exchanged items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

  3. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

    1. Custom or personalized items that have been specially made for you and cannot be resold to others.

    2. Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after purchase.

    3. Perishable or consumable goods, such as food or opened cosmetics. 

  4. To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

a. Contact our Customer Service team at goodmedpharmacyph@gmail.com or 09171532179 to request for a return.

b. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include a copy of the original purchase receipt.

c. Ship or hand the item to our pharmacy located at Unit 4 GF East of Galleria, Topaz Road, Ortigas, Baranggay San Antonio, Pasig City.

d. The package must be addressed to Goodmed Pharmacy.

e. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange. If approved, we will process your refund or send out the exchanged item as quickly as possible.

  5. Refunds: 

a. Refunds will be issued in the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow 45 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

b. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

  6. Warranty Claims

a. If you believe your item is defective and covered under warranty, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance through our email goodmedpharmacyph@gmail.com or mobile number 09171532179 to request for a return.

Warranty claims will be subject to the terms and conditions of the specific product's warranty policy.
